Public spaces (corridor and lifts) pretty rough. Parking is not included in the price.

It is an Hyatt hotel taken over by Waldorf Astoria. It does not have the charm and quality of the latter. Hotel quality does not justify the price, but location and pool are very good and help you get over the price. ...read more

The location was good, close to attractions but far enough away not to be distracting.

Service was poor.

I would not recommend this hotel. First day we came back to find our room open - but there was no one in it. Maid had left the door propped open when she left. We had to request extra blankets and only after the third conversation did they offer it of any kind. There were no resort like amenities at the hotel. Overall we were extremely unimpressed. The Reach has a beach and boardwalk at the hotel. We also had a partial view of the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

The room was small and had only one chair. It had no table or sofa.

The Reach Resort in Key West had a private beach and boardwalk. There were water sports to rent and a pool. It was close to everything and we could walk to many attractions. The room was clean, but smaller than expected with no sofa or table. It had a very comfortable King size bed and one chair. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was very wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and bedding was very comfortable.

While it was nice, it did not have luxurious feel of a upscale resort that I was expecting for the price.

We were checked in and out quite quickly and the concierge was helpful in directing us to attractions. The room was rather cramped for this price point. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Beautiful atmosphere, very comfortable room, excellent staff.

Clean room with quality bedding and great view of the ocean. Hospitable staff, everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant is nice with a great view. Location is just a moderate walk to the activity of Duvall Street. I would rent a scooter or bicycle in the future. Overall the stay was excellent.
